Feedback Form

Collect feedback from users right after an experience - add comments and submit them straight from the app.

Feedback Form

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to the Feedback section.
  3. Locate the Feedback Form below the Feedback Analytics section.
  4. Review the purpose of the form to collect feedback after user experiences.
  5. To add a new comment:
    • Tap the ‘+’ symbol in the top-right-hand corner.
    • Prompt the customer to enter the required details.
    • Ask the customer to provide comments about their recent experience with the viewed content.
  6. To submit feedback:
    • Ensure all required fields are completed.
    • Tap the ‘Submit Feedback’ button to save the feedback.
